Mental wellness is fundamental to all aspects of how we wish to flourish. Allow yourself time to pause, process and find acceptance and strategies to deal with past pain and traumas, or the day-to-day life stressors which are grinding you down. 

Being 'solution-focused' ensures that we will work together at your pace to create the best possible outcomes for you to design your own destiny. Some clients opt for a one off (crisis) session, while most choose either a block of 6 or 12 sessions.
