Service Description

With 8 years of global experience working as a whole school social and emotional counsellor, I have provided therapy to students and their families from over twenty nationalities, with equally as diverse presenting problems and unique cultural challenges and personalities. My book on Conscious Parenting will also be released early 2024. I have vast expertise and knowledge of the various developmental milestones to support you as you help your child or young person through their time of unrest, and which in turn enhance the harmony of the whole family. Whether you are struggling with the tantrums of a toddler, an hormonal pre-teen/teen, or trying to support your child through their own challenges, I have worked extensively with all ages and can share my knowledge and experience with you so that you can feel empowered and equipped to be the parent you wish to be. There really is no such thing as 'a perfect parent', and there is certainly no shame in investing in parent education to seek betterment for your family. We are our children's role models and I cannot advocate enough that: 'Happy/rational parents = happy/rational children".
